These terms apply to all work carried out by Pure Gardening Company. By accepting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Bookings
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time. If the scope of work changes after inspection or during the job, we may revise the quote and will discuss that with you first.
Access and Safety
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and letting us know about any hazards, restricted areas, pets, or site-specific requirements before work begins.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking unless stated otherwise on your quote or invoice. Late payments may delay future work.
Weather and Delays
Work may need to be rescheduled where weather conditions, access issues, or safety concerns make it unreasonable to continue. We will aim to rearrange as soon as practical.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Repeated short-notice cancellations may affect future bookings.
Liability
We take reasonable care while working on your property. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
